Motion to Include All Board Members in Meetings and Deliberations

Moved by 1st Vice President Raisbeck

Seconded by Director Ritz

WHEREAS, it is critical to the governance of the ARRL that all Board Officers, Directors, and Vice Directors be as fully informed as possible;

THEREFOR, it is resolved that whenever a quorum (eight) of the Directors meets and discusses ARRL business, in person, virtually, or mixed, the meeting shall be announced to the entire Board and access to the meeting shall be given to all Directors, Vice-Directors, and Officers.
